SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your men's underwear and swimwear order will be processed within 24 hours. Allow approx. 7-21 days delivery time depending on size and colour availability. It is a good idea to provide a second choice so that your order may be shipped as soon as possible. If we still have a problem with a particular style or colour, we will advise you by e-mail and give you the option of another choice.

For all Australian orders a flat fee of $6.10 US will be charged. (Incl.GST)

For international orders a flat fee of $12.50 US will be charged. (no GST applicable)

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post Airmail.

RETURNS POLICY

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Due to health regulations we are unable to accept thongs, G-strings and swimwear for returns. We are however happy to refund, replace or exchange any other item, provided it is in perfect condition - new, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging. Goods must arrive at Underhim in the same condition in which they were sent, within 30 days of shipping and you must return the goods with a receipt of purchase.

Refunds are applicable to the goods only, not postage and handling. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges.
